How to sprout GREEN GRAM?

Sprouted green grams are very much good for health.. It's loaded with healthy compounds.. It's rich in zinc, rich in biotin, boosts immune system, rich in antioxidants, protein, fiber, Vitamin A and C..



How to sprout green gram at home?

It's a not at all a big task.. Follow these simple steps..

1. Wash a cup of green gram in lots of water..
2. In a separate bowl, soak them for at least six to eight hours..

3. After soaking, drain them in a colander . Take out green gram and wrap in a clean muslin cloth..

4. Store in it for about eight hours.. (leave it overnight)..

5. Now check for sprouts..


Now the sprouts are ready to consume 😊
